Using R8VERS
R8VERS is a music discovery, game, and rave-memory service. Keep your account access secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, dangerous, infringing, impersonating, privacy-invasive, automated-scraping, or service-disrupting conduct.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You give R8VERS a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate the public or private features you select. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload that content. This licence ends when the content or account is deleted, subject to limited backup and legal retention.
Product information
Scores, recommendations, artist lineups, event details, verification results, and music previews are informational and entertainment features and may be incomplete. R8VERS is not a ticket seller, event-safety service, or official artist or festival representative unless explicitly stated.
Third parties
The service uses infrastructure, storage, authentication, music, and event-data providers. Discovery may show videos through YouTube's official embedded player. YouTube controls playback, availability, advertising, branding, and geographic restrictions under its own terms. R8VERS does not download, extract, alter, or guarantee third-party media. Third-party links and services may change or become unavailable.
Accounts and service access
R8VERS may restrict accounts that threaten users, rights, privacy, security, or service operation. You may permanently delete your account from the Me screen. The service and these terms may change as the product develops.
Before public launch
The final operator identity, contact details, eligibility and minimum age, governing law, consumer terms, liability terms, and dispute process require approval before public signup opens. This development draft is not the final public-launch agreement.
